What is the process map

The process map is the map of the set of states (Circles) and transitions (Arrows) that make up the process of a document category.


Each category can have its own process map. Categories cannot share processes.

Information provided by  the process map

The process map shows how the process is configured and the cycle the documents follow through it.


It displays the states and transitions the process comprises, along with the colors assigned to each state.
